The American dream came to life when Odisha born Indian Designer Bibhu Mohapatra arrived in New York for the first time. With his Mom and Dad in tow, Bibhu says he felt overwhelmed and grateful for the opportunity to try and make it in one of the world’s greatest fashion hubs. Since then the Designer says he’s seen a worrying shift in the American dream and explains how he tries to maintain its essence through his fashion.
