Afroza Khan brings an extra sizzle to the Miami heat with her South Asian inspired style.  The 27-year-old marketing manager and blogger shares style tips with her followers. 

How would you describe your style?

I strive for a chic look. But I have learned to wear anything I feel confident and comfortable in. My look now varies from bohemian, mod to simple chic styles.

How do you incorporate your South Asian heritage into your everyday wear?

During breezy days in Miami, I like to wear my mom’s salwar dupattas as scarves. Each one of the dupattas has unique patterns and designs which I love. It can make absolutely any outfit pop.

What is life like in Miami?

The weather and people here in Miami are always hot. It’s been so exciting to see Miami’s fashion, art and tech industry growing at such a rapid rate. The gorgeous beaches, fabulous spots and colourful people are definitely an added bonus.

What are your top summer must-haves?

Miami has summer weather pretty much all year round. During the scorching hot days, I like to stock up on melt-proof makeup like Revlon ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liner and Benefit Cosmetics Benetint.
